Shipping Policy

The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. Currently, SwissXtracts ships with Swiss post from Switzerland. Orders of less than 3 grams carry additional shipping charges. SwissXtracts does not take any responsibilities regarding country/state specific legal situations or provide a binging legal advice. Please make sure that you are aware of the legal situation in your country/state, as we can not guarantee delivery. Contact the local authority to verify that we can ship to your location. If you’re unsure contact us to verify that we can ship to your area.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You will be informed by email, but you can see all your recent orders on the “My Account” page when logged in.

Every order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM CET, excluding holidays).

Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
